1. Then, visit our Warranty form, you’ll see an option to Replace or Swap an app and Add An App, and fill out the form that follows.
2. Then look for a follow up email with further instructions OR a confirmation message. Some apps require further steps, if you have questions, reply directly to the confirmation email.

TD Snap is a Subscription Based Speech app, and the speaking upgrade may deactivate if the device is offline for too long.

Even if a damaged device still works, it can be unsafe to use. Our five-year warranty covers all physical damage including:

• Screen damage
• Case damage
• Failing batteries
• Dead or frozen pixels

Follow these steps to make a warranty request:

• First, backup the device: Back Up Your Speech App
• Then visit our Warranty form
• Select Device Damaged (Broken Screen, etc.) and fill out the form that follows.
• Look for a follow up email with a shipping label and further instructions on how to backup.
• Then, ship the old device to us for replacement.
• If you have any questions, reply to the confirmation email.

All accessories for the device are covered under the device warranty.

First, visit our Warranty form, you’ll see an option for “Case (Broken case, handle, kickstand, strap).”

Then, look for a follow up email with shipping confirmation.

The QuickTalker may freeze if left in guided access. Be sure to end guided access so the device is allowed to update automatically overnight, if left in guided access, the device may freeze when attempting to update.
