If your QuickTalker Freestyle displays “iPad Unavailable,” this means your device has entered a security lockout after too many incorrect passcode attempts. This happens when a passcode has been set on your device and the wrong code is entered multiple times, triggering Apple’s security protection.

Quick Fix:🔗

Typically, if you’ve entered the incorrect code a few times, you’ll only have a temporary lock out. Please contact us immediately to help you resolve this if you have forgotten your password.

If you’ve surpassed the temporary lock out, you might be in a complete lock out in which case you will need to contact us to assist you with a replacement. You can also click on the warranty request button below so that we can help speed up the replacement process.
