Submitting a warranty request is quick and easy. Whether you need a replacement device, want to switch speech apps or device sizes, or need to report a lost or stolen device the process is quick and simple.

If your request requires sending your device to AbleNet, we’ll provide a Return label. Once we receive your device, your replacement will be shipped Next Day Air the same day.
