Renewing an Annual SubscriptionπŸ”—

Need to renew your annual subscription? Check your email for the Subscription Activation Form and the walkthrough guide.

IMPORTANT: To successfully renew your subscription, you must fill out the form with the Dedicated QuickTalker Freestyle Apple Account credentials you created when you first received the device. If you don’t have that information, please call us at 651-294-3101 option 1 for assistance.

Adding or Swapping for a Subscription Based Speech AppπŸ”—

Want to add or switch your speech app to one that requires a subscription? Fill out the Warranty Request form. You’ll receive an email after you’ve submitted your request with the next steps in activating your subscription speech app.

Receiving a Warranty Device With a Previous Subscription AppπŸ”—

If you received a replacement device that previously used a subscription speech app or had in-app purchases on it, scan the screen-cling QR code attached to the front of the device.
