To ensure that your QuickTalker Freestyle operates seamlessly, you must have it connected to a Wi-Fi network so you can receive automatic updates for the speech app loaded on the device. Many speech app errors can be avoided with automatic updates.

Please follow these steps to connect your QuickTalker Freestyle Wi-Fi:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Select Wi-Fi
3. Turn Wi-Fi ON
4. Select your Wi-Fi network
5. Input your Wi-Fi network’s password, if applicable
6. The device will check to see if a new version of the app is available automatically

Tips and Troubleshooting🔗

• Keep Wi-Fi on even at night: Ensure the QTF can install updates overnight without affecting performance when in use. While charging, keep the device on and the screen off so that the updates will download.
