If you no longer need QTF Manager, for example because your loved one is moving to a new device, you can remove it yourself. Once it’s removed, you’ll need to contact AbleNet to get it back.

Before You Begin

• Connect the device to Wi-Fi.
• If you’re reinstalling the app, you’ll need your device’s serial number for the request.

Remove the QTF Manager App

1. Open QTF Manager, then enter your Manager Code.
2. Tap About QTF Manager, then tap Remove App.
3. Read the warning carefully.
4. Type the word DELETE in the box, then tap Remove App.
5. Wait for the message saying your request was sent. The app is removed shortly after the device next connects.

Reinstall the QTF Manager App

If you want to reinstall the QTF Manager app, you’ll need to submit a request to ableCARE.
