Use these steps anytime you need to find your Wi-Fi settings. Whether you’re connecting for the first time, switching networks, or reconnecting after a network change. 

Before You Begin 

Have your Wi-Fi network name and password on hand. 

Instructions 

1. Open Settings. 
2. Tap Wi-Fi. 
3. Toggle Wi-Fi on by tapping the switch. 
4. Tap your network name in the list of nearby networks. 
5. Type in your Wi-Fi password, then tap Join. 
6. Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check your capital and lowercase letters. 
7. Check for a checkmark next to your network name. If you see it, you’re connected. 
8. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to exit Settings or press your Home button (if you have one) to exit.
