Submitting a warranty request takes only a few seconds. Whether you need a replacement device, want to switch speech apps or device sizes, or need to report a lost or stolen device the process is quick and simple.
If your request requires sending your device to AbleNet, weβll provide a Return label. Once we receive your device, your replacement will be shipped Next Day Air the same day.
Also, if possible, please be sure to back up your current speech app.

Do I have to register for the warranty for my QuickTalker Freestyle?
Nope! Your QuickTalker Freestyle automatically comes with a 5-year warranty.
What’s covered under the warranty?
- Defects in material and workmanship
- All accidental damage
- Loss/theft
- Change speech app at any time
- Change device size at any time
- Accessories: Keyguards, Blue2 FT switch access, Mounting, Amplified sound speaker, quickWrap
What do I do if my device is damaged?
Even if a damaged device still works, it can be unsafe to use. Our five-year warranty covers all physical damage including:
- Screen damage
- Case damage
- Failing batteries
- Dead or frozen pixels
Follow these steps to make a warranty request:
- First, backup the device:Β Back Up Your Speech App
- Then, fill out the warranty request form above.
- Select Device Damaged (Broken Screen, etc.) and fill out the form that follows.
- Look for a follow up email with a shipping label and further instructions on how to backup.
- Then, ship the old device to us for replacement.
- If you have any questions, reply to the confirmation email.
