This form is for authorized AbleNet resellers submitting warranty claims for Assistive Technology products. Please have your AbleNet Account Number ready before you begin.

If you are a customer who purchased your device directly from AbleNet, please submit your warranty claim via our Assistive Technology Warranty Request form. If you are a customer who purchased your device through a reseller or another third party, please contact them directly for warranty assistance.
