AbleNet provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty on assistive technology for up to 2 years from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear.

Reseller Warranty Process

This form is for authorized AbleNet resellers submitting warranty claims for Assistive Technology products. Please have your AbleNet Account Number ready before you begin.

If you are a customer who purchased your device directly from AbleNet, please submit your warranty claim via our Assistive Technology Warranty Request form. If you are a customer who purchased your device through a reseller or another third party, please contact them directly for warranty assistance.
