If your QuickTalker Freestyle is not managed by AbleNet, your speech app may not update on its own. Follow these steps to update the speech app from the App Store. Updates include important fixes that help your app run smoothly.
Before You Begin
Is this article right for me? Check that your device is not managed by AbleNet. If you have an unmanaged device, you’re in the right place!
- If you have a managed device, your speech app will automatically update when connected to Wi-Fi. Please head to Get Automatic Speech App Updates for more information.
- Connect your device to Wi-Fi.
- Have your Restrictions Passcode ready. If you do not know it, contact ableCARE and they can help you find it.
