- Go to Settings.
- Tap Categories/Phrase and User then User profiles to make sure the correct user is selected.
- The restored backup will load to the profile selected.
- Tap Back.
- Tap Backup, Import and Airdrop.
- Tap Restore Complete Backup.
- Locate the backup and select it.
