If managing multiple users on the same device, first navigate to the correct user profile before backing up

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Backup, Import and Airdrop.
3. Tap Make Complete Backup.
4. Tap Dropbox (or your preferred backup location)
5. Locate the backup file and select it.
6. Open Dropbox and double check that the file exported.
