Change the SymbolStix skin tone setting in Flexspeak.

1. Open Flexspeak.
2. Select the gear icon in the top‑right corner of the device.
3. Select Display and Navigation.
4. Select Symbol Library.
5. Select SymbolStix.
6. Locate the option to change the skin tone and select the desired option.
