Your replacement QuickTalker Freestyle comes with our latest protective case. We use customer feedback and real-world warranty data to fuel our continuous improvement efforts, always striving to make the best case we possibly can. The result is a case that balances serious protection, a compact footprint, and thoughtful features built for everyday life.

Built Tough. Drop Tested to Prove It.🔗

Our protective cases aren’t just designed to look rugged, they’re tested to perform. From early prototypes through final production, every case goes through rigorous drop testing based on military standards (MIL-STD-810H516.8 IV Transit Drop Test). That means 26 drops onto concrete, hitting every corner and face, including screen-down.

We then go beyond the standard by running double drop tests from both 4 ft and 5 ft heights and numerous other testing scenarios designed to replicate all that your QuickTalker Freestyle goes through in a day.

About Screen Protection🔗

Some previous versions of the QuickTalker Freestyle included a plastic screen protector intended to reduce glare outdoors. Over time, we found that this plastic was prone to scratches and clouding that could interfere with the screen experience. Testing during our design process determined that it did not protect against a screen breaking.

Beginning May 6, 2026, all QuickTalker Freestyle devices include a liquid glass screen protector. It’s invisible to the eye, yet present, protecting your screen.

In addition, starting June 3, 2026 all warranty devices include a tempered glass screen protector, and starting September 9, 2026 all QuickTalker Freestyle ableEXPERIENCE devices began shipping with the same tempered glass screen protector.

If your screen ever breaks, AbleNet’s 5-year warranty has you covered. You’ll receive a replacement device at no charge for the full duration of your warranty period.
