Do the top 3 message cells change on different levels?

The top 3 messages are core messages that remain the same through all levels.

I can’t change levels on my device.

The lock feature may be enabled if you cannot change levels on the QuickTalker FT. You can disable it using a simple button combination.

To enable or disable the lock feature:

Press and hold the Record and Level buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
When the lock feature is activated or deactivated, all LEDs will flash twice and then turn off.
