Submitting a warranty request takes only a few seconds—whether you need a replacement device, want to switch speech apps or device sizes, or need to report a lost or stolen device.
If your request requires sending your device to AbleNet, we’ll provide a Return label. Once we receive your device, your replacement will be shipped Next Day Air the same day.
Also, if possible, please be sure to back up your current speech app.
