Submitting a warranty request takes only a few seconds—whether you need a replacement device, want to switch speech apps or device sizes, or need to report a lost or stolen device.

If your request requires sending your device to AbleNet, we’ll provide a Next Day Air return label. Once we receive your device, your replacement will be shipped Next Day Air the same day.
