Screen Lock Passcode Preventing You From Accessing The QuickTalker Freestyle?

Is a screen lock passcode preventing you from accessing your QuickTalker Freestyle speech device?

A screen lock passcode may have been enabled to prevent accidental changes to the device setup. If the device is asking for a passcode that you don’t have, we can help.

If it’s a managed device, we can work with you to clear the lock, if it’s not a managed device, we can work with you to troubleshoot or warranty request.

What To Do?🔗

Device Was Connected To Wi-Fi🔗

If your device says “Managed Device – S#” at the bottom of the lock screen, please contact us at (651) 294-3101, and we’ll work to clear the passcode.

Device Was Not Connected To Wi-Fi🔗

If your device doesn’t say that or you’re not sure, you’ll need to submit a warranty request. This repair is covered under your ableCARE warranty.
