Reinstall Your Subscription Speech App
Your QuickTalker Freestyle previously had a version of TD Snap installed through the App Store. You must reinstall the app using the Apple Account previously used on your device.
- On your device, go to Utilities folder > Settings App
- Sign into your Apple Account
- Contact ableCARE at (651) 294-3101 and let them know you received a device from
a warranty request and need the App Store unlocked to redownload TD Snap and
reestablish your in-app purchase or subscription. - In the App Store, tap on your account in the upper right corner
- Tap on Apps
- Search for TD Snap and tap on the install button
- Open TD Snap and walk through the initial app setup steps. You can reactivate your
in-app purchase or subscription from the app. - Once your TD Snap is set up, the App Store will be removed from the device.
