  1. Wi-Fi is turned on 
  2. Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
    • Home
    • School
    • Free / public

By connecting your device to a Wi-Fi network you help ensure that it can be visible for you via iCloud for location services, which helps you locate the device via the Find My app.
