How to Perform a Force Restart of the QuickTalker Freestyle
If QuickTalker Freestyle isn’t responding, and you can’t restart it by turning it off then on. Try a force restart. The process will be slightly different depending on the device. Please be sure to read over these instructions carefully after identifying the QuickTalker Model that you have.
QuickTalker Freestyle and QuickTalker Freestyle Mini – No Home Button🔗


- Press and quickly release the volume button closest to the Sleep/Wake/Power button.
- Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the Sleep/Wake/Power button.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake/Power button until the device begins to restart
- The screen will go black before the Apple logo appears. Continue to hold the Sleep/Wake/Power until the Apple logo appears. Ignore anything that appears on the screen during this time.
QuickTalker Freestyle Force Restart Process (with Home Button)🔗

- Simultaneously press and hold the Sleep/Wake/Power button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears (approximately 15-20 seconds).
- When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
- The screen will go black before the Apple logo appears. Continue to hold the top button until the Apple logo appears. Ignore anything that appears on the screen during this time.
