How to Activate Your Speech App Subscription
Welcome to the Subscription Activation page.
This page will walk you through the necessary steps to activate your speech app subscription on your QuickTalker Freestyle. Once you’ve created your new dedicated QuickTalker Freestyle Apple Account, book a group meeting with our ableCARE team below.

Getting Started
Step 1: Create a NEW Apple Account On Your QuickTalker Freestyle🔗
To create a new Apple Account on your QuickTalker Freestyle, please follow the steps shown in the video.
Text Instructions
Follow the instructions below to create a dedicated QuickTalker Freestyle Apple Account.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT create a child account
DO NOT use a personal email
DO NOT connect to family sharing
SAVE your login information
Step 1. Tap the settings app and connect to Wi-Fi
Step 2. Select the Apple Account tab on the left-hand side
Step 3. Tap the blue lettering “Don’t have an Apple Account?” and then choose an “Adult” account.
Step 4. Enter your name and date of birth
Step 5. Tap the blue lettering “Don’t have an email address?” and select the prompt “Get an iCloud email address”.
Step 6. Create a password that includes at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. DON’T use the first or last name associated with the account, or you won’t be able to create a password.
Step 7. Enter your phone number for the 2-factor authentication step. Be sure to save the number you add in case you need to sign into the account again due to requesting a new device or wiping the device.
Step 8. Enter the code that was delivered to you via phone call or text, then agree to the terms and conditions.
You have now finished creating a new Apple Account!
Note: Do not make a child or family account during this step.
Step 2: Book a Group Meeting🔗
Select the button below to book a meeting with our ableCARE Team. The booking page will contain important notes. Please review these to ensure a successful outcome during the meeting.
NOTICE: Meetings can take up to 45 minutes, and meeting times vary throughout the week. If these times do not work for you, please call us during our normal business hours at (651) 294-3101 Option 1 to activate your speech app subscription.
