Welcome to the TD Snap Subscription Preparation page.
This page will walk you through the necessary steps to install TD Snap on your QuickTalker Freestyle. Once you’ve completed all of the steps, our ableCARE Operations team will send you a group meeting link for you to attend to finish activating your TD Snap subscription.
Overview
Step 1
Create a NEW Apple Account On Your QuickTalker Freestyle🔗
A new Apple Account is required to install TD Snap from Apple’s App Store. This Apple Account will be used for AbleNet to activate the TD Snap subscription.
Step 2
Submit our online warranty request form to “add an app” to your device🔗
The QuickTalker Freestyle is a managed device by AbleNet. When you receive the QuickTalker Freestyle it will have another speech app “Proloquo2go” on it, and a request is required to complete the process.
Step 3
Book a group meeting with our ableCARE Operations team to complete setup🔗
After submitting the “Add an app” form, our ableCARE Operations team will send you a link with a booking page to finish up your subscription activation
To install TD Snap on the device, you must first submit our warranty form for adding an app. This step will unlock Safari and the App Store on your device so you can install TD Snap before the group meeting. Please click the button below to get started.
After you submit the form, you will receive an email from our ableCARE Operations team that will contain a checklist of the steps you just completed, and a booking page to schedule a group meeting to complete your TD Snap Subscription Activation.
Step 3: Book and Attend your TD Snap Subscription Activation Group Meeting🔗
Within 1 business day, be on the lookout for an email from our ableCARE Operations team, this email will include the link to book a meeting to complete setting up your subscription for TD Snap.
Meetings are available every Monday – Friday, and you’ll be joining a group meeting. Before attending a meeting, TD Snap must be installed on the device.
Attention: These meetings will be attended by multiple QuickTalker Freestyle users who require the TD Snap subscription, and it’s important you don’t share any personal / private information during the meeting. An AbleNet tech will only ask for relevant information related to the subscription setup process.
