The BIGtrack 2 is Not Installing Correctly


The BIGtrack 2 uses a generic USB mouse driver that is typically already installed on most compatible systems. If you are experiencing an issue where the BIGtrack does not appear to function with your device after the initial connection, we recommend:
- Try connecting the BIGtrack 2 to a different USB port on your device.
- If using a USB hub, try plugging BIGtrack directly into your device.
- Try connecting a known good usb device like a different mouse to the port you are trying to use to verify the port is working.
