For the best experience in using a BigTack2, we recommend performing the following cleaning process on a regular basis;

  1. Disconnect your BIGtrack2 from your computer/ tablet
  2. Use a terry cloth and a light amount of water to remove any debris that may be stuck on the roller ball.
  3. Use this same cloth and a light amount of water to remove any debris from the other surfaces of the switches, plastic housing, and USB cable. 
  4. Use another terry cloth and a light amount of alcohol-based cleaner to disinfect and clean the entire surface of the roller ball. 
  5. Use the same cloth and a light amount of alcohol-based cleaner to disinfect and clean the switches, plastic housing, and USB cable. 
  6. Allow the device 3-5 minutes to air dry before using it
  7. Once finished drying, reconnect BIGtrack 2 to your computer/ tablet for use
