If you experience glitching audio that sounds robotic or like there is static, follow these steps to correct the issue. Below you will see an example video.

Solution

You will want to perform a master clear of all the messages to correct the issue.

  1. Press and hold the record button for 30 seconds.
  2. You will hear the QuickTalker FT beep after 10 seconds. Continue to hold the record button. 
  3. After 30 seconds, you will hear a second set of beeps.
  4. Release the record button.
  5. This will erase all messages on all levels, including the Core Message Locations.
