My All-Turn-It Spinner Isn’t Spinning๐
We recommend trying the following options to resolve this issue, after trying each fix test it by pressing the red button.
- Make sure the clear plexiglass cover is locked into place.
- To do this, align the clear plexiglass cover in the center of the device and rotate it ยผ turn (clockwise) until it clicks into place. This will engage the internal safety switch, letting the device operate correctly.
- Secure the inner overlay.
- To ensure that the inner overlay is properly seated, press down on it at the point where it attaches to the center post. You should feel and hear a โclickโ when it is securely in place.
- Test your batteries.
- Low or Depleted Batteries: The batteries in your device may need to be replaced.
- Battery Type Issues: If youโre using rechargeable batteries or batteries labeled โHeavy Duty,โ โIndustrial Grade,โ or โProCell,โ these types may cause the device to behave as if the batteries are low or dead. These battery types manage power differently from regular alkaline batteries and are not recommended for use with this product.
- Replace the batteries with new, regular alkaline batteries.
- Make sure the replacement batteries are fresh and recently purchased. Batteries used in other devices or sitting unused for some time may not have enough power to operate your device properly.
Why Doesn’t My All-Turn-It-Spinner Spin With Every Press of the Button? ๐
The All-Turn-It Spinner has a built-in delay to prevent it from spinning every time the button is pressed. The spinner will not spin until it has been 8 seconds since the last press.
