Nicole has extensive experience across diverse therapeutic settings, including early intervention, teletherapy, and AAC coaching for caregivers, SLPs and teachers on the use of AAC in the home and at school. Nicole’s expertise in evidence-based practices, combined with her collaborative and personal approach, makes her a valuable asset in supporting clients, parents, and caregivers from a wide range of backgrounds.

Mara Jonet, M.A, CCC-SLP🔗
Mara has experience supporting pediatric clients in outpatient and school settings, specializing in AAC selection, evaluation, and coaching for families and teams. She values family- and child-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration to create meaningful communication opportunities. Mara has presented nationally and internationally on AAC and is dedicated to empowering individuals with complex communication needs.

Monica Lutus, M.A, CCC-SLP🔗
Monica has a comprehensive background in supporting preschool and school-age children with complex communication needs, which has given her experience in AAC assessments, customizing communication devices, and training caregivers and educators. Her strong passion for AAC—not only as a clinical tool, but as a means of empowerment and inclusion- drives her commitment to supporting AAC implementation.

Kelsey Introna, M.S, CCC-SLP🔗
Kelsey has devoted her entire career to the area of AAC. Over her career, she has expansive experience conducting AAC assessments, customizing devices, conducting direct and group therapy sessions, providing teletherapy services and educating professionals/families. A strong believer in client centered therapy approach Kelsey puts empathy at the forefront of everything she does. Enthusiastic about sharing her passion for AAC with other professionals and families. Kelsey enjoys being a team player, helping others and problem solving. Recently Kelsey became recognized as a Board Certified AAC Specialist by the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Lauren Kemerling, M.S, CCC-SLP🔗
Lauren brings experience supporting a wide range of AAC users, from early intervention through young adulthood including users with complex access needs. She is deeply committed to a team-centered approach, partnering with families, caregivers, and professionals at every stage; from system selection and customization to meaningful, real-world use. Lauren believes every AAC journey is unique and is passionate about creating individualized solutions that support both the communicator and their entire team.

Katie Fisher, M.S, CCC-SLP🔗
Katie has experience supporting AAC use across the lifespan for individuals with a wide range of diagnoses. She has worked in clinic settings, home health, and telehealth, collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Katie has extensive experience working with the autistic community, with a strong focus on creating meaningful communication opportunities and fostering positive, engaging AAC experiences for both individuals and their families.
