1. Go into edit mode by selecting the gear in the top right of the screen 
2. On the bottom of the screen select User 
3. Under the Voice section scroll down and select Language-specific voices 
4. You will want to make sure you have one specific voice for Spanish and one specific voice for English. 
5. Select the voice that is listed now you can edit the voice
   • Language- will change the language as well as allow you to choose specific dialects 
   • Voice- select the voice that best represents the individual 
6. Go back to Language-specific voices page 
7. Select Add a voice for another language
8. Select Langauge to choose which language you need 
9. Select voice for that language 
10. Go back to Language specific voices page to make sure both languages are added 
11. If you see both languages, select Done in the top right corner of the screen.
