How to Back Up Your GoTalk NOW Vocabulary
(Prior to backing up, you will want to be logged into a DropBox or Google Drive on your device)
- Exit Player Mode in GoTalkNow by swiping down with three fingers or pressing the home button for 10 seconds
- Select the current Communication Book in white lettering at the bottom of the page (i.e. 4 core words, JJ’s book, etc.)
- Tap the “Share” button next to the desired communication book:
- Locate the share icon (usually a square with an arrow pointing upwards) and tap it.
- Select “Share Compressed Book”:
- Choose this option to prepare the book for sharing.
- Click Google Drive or DropBox
- Select Upload or Save at the top right
(After this process is complete, please double check that the back up is in your Google Drive or DropBox. You can do so by going into the app and finding a file with the ending .gtbz)
