The Funding Request Number (FN) is the identifying reference number that we use for your client or loved one’s file at AbleNet. This number is unique to each QuickTalker Freestyle user and is created when a benefit check is submitted. It will always remain the same, and can be used to check the status of your funding request, access ableCARE support, and submit requests for warranty, device and app changes, and accessories.
