The ableCARE app is a tool to help ensure devices have the highest level of utilization once they are received. We do this by providing various options for support through the app to ensure everyone has the opportunity to achieve the best outcomes.  

Features of the app include:

  • Access to QTF and AT knowledge base through the app
  • Ability to call, email, schedule a meeting, iMessage, or FaceTime the ableCARE Product Success team from the app
  • AbleNet notifications for exciting updates on products and services
