I Pressed the Button on My All-Turn-It Spinner, but It Isn’t Spinning

We recommend trying the following options to resolve this issue, after trying each fix test it by pressing the red button.
- Ensure the clear plexiglass cover has engaged the internal safety switch. To do this, align the clear plexiglass cover in the center of the device and rotate it ¼ turn (clockwise). This will use the cover to engage the internal safety switch, letting the device operate correctly.
- To ensure that the inner overlay is properly seated, press down on it at the point where it attaches to the center post. You should feel and hear a “click” when it is securely in place.
- Ensure that you’ve added brand-new batteries to the device. We recommend standard alkaline batteries from Duracell or Energizer.
Battery Troubleshooting
If your device is not working correctly, it may be due to one of two battery issues:
- Low or Depleted Batteries: The batteries in your device may need to be replaced.
- Battery Type Issues: If you’re using rechargeable batteries or batteries labeled “Heavy Duty,” “Industrial Grade,” or “ProCell,” these types may cause the device to behave as if the batteries are low or dead. These battery types manage power differently from regular alkaline batteries and are not recommended for use with this product.
How to resolve:
- Replace the batteries with new, regular alkaline batteries.
- Make sure the replacement batteries are fresh and recently purchased. Batteries used in other devices or sitting unused for some time may not have enough power to operate your device properly.
Once you have replaced the batteries press the red button to test. By following these guidelines, you can help ensure your device works as expected, avoiding operation issues.
