Verification of Attendance: To receive your verification of attendance, you must complete the assessment attached to the course with a score of 80% or above. Once you submit the assessment, your verification of attendance will be emailed to you. If you do not receive the certificate, please email [email protected] for assistance.

Certificate of Attendance: For live webinars, a certificate of attendance will be emailed to all attendees 24 hours after the live event.

If the certificate of attendance doesn’t come to your inbox, please be sure to check your junk/spam email folders. You should also add @ablenetinc.com to your “Safe Sender” list in your email settings. If you still have trouble getting your certificate, ask your IT department to white list ablenetinc.com. You can also consider using a different email address. If you still have issues, email [email protected]. They will ensure you receive your certificate.
