ableU FAQs
Questions about ableU?
You’re in the right place.đź”—
Whether you’re new to our webinar series or looking for specifics on how to register, earn continuing education units, or access on-demand content, this FAQ answers the most common questions we hear from speech-language pathologists, educators, caregivers, and parents.
Our goal is to make professional learning accessible, practical, and easy to navigate—so you can focus on what matters most: strengthening your skills and empowering the individuals you support.
When will I receive a certificate?
To receive your certificate of completion, you must complete the assessment attached to the course with a score of 80% or above. Once you pass the assessment, the course will move to your “completed courses” section and you can download the certificate from your “myableU dashboard” at any time.
If the certificate of completion doesn’t come to your inbox, please be sure to check your junk/spam email folders. You should also add @ablenetinc.com to your “Safe Sender” list in your email settings. If you do not receive the certificate, please email [email protected] for assistance.
Requirements to earn certificates
- Receive a score of 80% or higher on the assessment attached to each webinar.Â
- Attend the live webinar or watch the recording.
When are ASHA CEUs reported?
Live Webinars: Live webinars are typically reported one week after the live event. To ensure your information is submitted to ASHA, you must:
- Select “Yes” when asked on the assessment if you want your information reported to ASHA.
- Achieve a score of 80% or higher on the assessment.
On-Demand Webinars: On-demand webinars are reported once a month. Courses completed in one month will be reported at the beginning of the following month. For example, all on-demand courses taken in November will be reported in early December. ASHA then takes a few weeks to process those reports.
