How to set up MyTobiiDynavox when you first receive your device…

When you are going through initial set up, you will want to select Get Started->”New User”. After you select this option, it will take you to a page that asks if you want to log into a MyTobiiDyanvox account. Your device does not have the web browser, therefore this portion will need to be completed on a personal device. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to MyTobiiDynavox on a personal phone or computer to create a free account (you can even use the same email/password as your QuickTalker Apple ID).
  2. Log in with that information on the device
  3. Continue with the process of choosing an access method, pageset, etc.

Backing Up Your Pageset: Regular backups are important! Follow this quick guide to ensure your changes are saved. 

Forgot to set it up when you first received your device? No problem!

If this happened to you, no worries! Here’s how to get that set up:

  1. Create a sign in for free here on a personal phone or computer (you can even use the same email/password as your QuickTalker Apple ID).
  2. Sign in on your device by tapping the cloud icon in your pageset.

How do I know if I made one yet?

You can check on your child’s device by clicking on the cloud icon at the top right. If you are signed into an account that you haven’t seen yet, ask your speech therapist!

At times, speech therapists will utilize their log in to transfer pagesets. You are able to create one for yourself and make sure that your child’s device is signed into an account linked to a parent or their own email so that they will have that account down the road even if you have a different speech therpist!
