Don’t worry, we offer a 30-day return policy. Just make sure the product and packaging are in new, unused condition. If not, a restocking fee may apply. Please note, some items may not be eligible for return, such as custom-built products or those marked as non-returnable.

To begin the process, please locate your invoice number. This can be found in the order confirmation email sent to the person who placed the order.

Once you have the invoice number, email your return request to [email protected]. Include the invoice number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our Customer Experience team will review your request and send you a return label once it’s processed.
