What type of battery is recommended for LITTLEmack?

We recommended using a standard Alkaline 9V battery with all our low-tech speech devices.

Using batteries noted as “Heavy-Duty” or “Pro Cell” is not recommended, as their chemical composition does not allow for fast response when power is requested. This gives our devices the appearance of low or dead batteries, which may cause some users to experience inconsistent functionality.
