If your Ablenet devices are not going to used for a long period such as over summer break we recommend preparing them using the below instructions.

Preparing for Storage🔗

When storing a device for an extended period of time, we recommend you check the following:

• Removing batteries from any device that has removable batteries
• For devices with non-removable batteries, charge them to a minimum of 80%. Charge the device every couple of months to prevent battery damage. Always turn off the device before storing it.
• Store devices in a cool, dry place

Following these recommendations will help ensure you do not experience any issues when returning the device to use and avoid any battery damage while being stored.
